Software for one shop

Your shop. Your stock. The people who already buy from you.

Bill at the counter. Keep the product book and supplier khata true. Take orders from regulars who already know which shop. Delivery stays with you. There is no mall, no rider fleet, and no feed of other shops.

02 — The counter

WhatsApp is not a product book.

Cash, UPI, credit, or split. Returns and exchange. The same catalogue the customer app shows. Stock moves when you bill, not when someone remembers to type it.

Web POS Multiple tills Barcode & labels Offline cache

03 — The regulars

They already know which shop.

They open the customer app, pick your shop, browse your book, and check out. Cash on delivery, cash pickup, or UPI — whichever you already accept. Remaining khata shows on the bill. Rewards redeem with OTP to their phone. No other-shop feed.

04 — A day in the shop

The book stays true from open to close.

  1. Purchase bill photo attached. Batches and expiry land on the product, not in a notebook.
  2. Scanner and receipt printer wake on the counter.
  3. Walk-in billed in POS. Regular on khata — remaining limit checked, not guessed.
  4. App order lands in the inbox. Pickup window or shop delivery. Status pings the customer.
  5. Low-stock and expiry alerts. Buying suggestion against supplier MOQ. PO if you want it.
  6. Shop P&L. The night lamp stays on.

05 — What this is not

No rider. That’s the point.

We did not build a delivery company. Logistics, timings, and who carries the bag stay with the shop. A shop may flag that it offers delivery and assign a person. That is their bag, not a gig network.

Not a mall

One shop per order

A customer picks a shop they already know. There is no discovery feed of strangers’ stores.

Not a courier

Pickup or the shop’s boy

Windows, maps for the shop’s own routes, failed-delivery returns, cash session for the person you sent.

Not a chain pitch

Kirana first

One counter, one stock book. This site is for that shop, not a franchise office.

Not a hardware lock-in

Scanner and printer

Barcode scanner and receipt printer plug into the same POS.

06 — In the box

07 — Straight answers

Ask like a shopkeeper.

Is this a marketplace?

No. A customer picks one shop they already know. There is no feed of other shops.

Do you deliver?

No. Delivery, pickup, and timings stay with the shop. OrderEasy tracks the order; it does not run riders.

Do customers need an app store download?

They can open customer.ordereasy.win in the browser (PWA) or use the Android app. Same shop, same catalogue.

Can a small shop use this?

That is who this is for. One counter, one stock book, the regulars you already have.

How does a shop get an account?

A shop account needs an access code. It is not an open directory anyone can list into.

Where do I actually log in?

Shop: retailer.ordereasy.win. Orders: customer.ordereasy.win. This site is the front door, not the product.

Live now

Open the shop, or order from one.

The counter is at retailer.ordereasy.win. The people who already buy from you use customer.ordereasy.win.
