Find your shop on the map or by the city you are in. Browse their catalogue — pack sizes, offers, banners, the prices they set for the app. Check out with cash on delivery, cash pickup, or UPI. See remaining khata on a credit bill. Talk to the counter. This is not a mall of strangers.

GPS at the start. Your shop in the middle.
Location is yours, not a hardcoded city. A map of shops around you, with you in the centre. Change address without leaving the page. Pickup and delivery windows belong to that shop. Storefront branding is theirs — colours, name, the look of their counter — not a generic blue mall.

Cart that survives signup
Phone and password, email OTP, or Google — then the mobile step Google cannot give. Guest cart syncs when you come back. Checkout for pickup or the shop’s delivery window.
Pay how the shop already takes it
Cash on delivery, cash pickup, UPI. Credit bills show remaining balance, not only this order’s total. Rewards and gift vouchers at the shop’s rules, OTP when they require it.
