The short version: any shop in India can now sign up at retailer.ordereasy.win. The full POS works on a phone, including barcode scanning with the camera. It is free for a limited period, and if that changes we will tell you well in advance.
Why we opened registrations
Most local shops still run on a mix of a paper khata, a calculator, a UPI sticker and WhatsApp. It works until the end of the month, when nobody is sure what is in stock, who owes what, or which supplier bill is still unpaid.
OrderEasy puts the counter, the stock book, the khata and your regular customers’ orders in one app built for one shop. Until now, shop accounts were set up by invitation. Today any retailer can register on their own and start billing the same day.
Mobile POS: the whole counter on your phone
You do not need a computer or a billing machine to start. Open retailer.ordereasy.win in your phone’s browser and the POS switches to a layout made for one hand at a busy counter.
Add items fast
- Big add and quantity buttons on every product, with stock shown next to the price.
- Search or scan from the same box. Type a few letters of the product name, or tap the camera button.
- Camera barcode scanning. The back camera opens full screen and stays open, so you can scan item after item. A code held in front of the camera is counted once, not five times.
- Unknown barcode? Quick add. If a scanned code is not in your catalogue yet, the POS offers to add the product on the spot.
Close the bill the way your customer pays
- Cash, UPI, credit (khata) or split on a single bill.
- UPI QR for the exact amount. Save your UPI ID once and the POS shows a QR code for the bill total, or for the UPI part of a split bill.
- Several bills open at once. Keep one customer’s bill aside while you serve the next.
- Manual discount on the bill, and your active offers are calculated on the cart automatically.
- Customer mobile number is optional. Add it when you want the sale on that customer’s record or khata.
- A sticky “Complete bill” bar so the total and the button are always under your thumb.
The details that save you at month end
- Stock updates after every sale, so the next customer sees the real count.
- Expired batches are never picked for a sale when you track batches and expiry.
- Returns and barcode labels are one tap away from the POS screen.
- GST-inclusive receipts formatted for 58 mm and 80 mm thermal printers.

Your shop, your customers
OrderEasy is not a marketplace and not a delivery company. Your customers pick your shop, not a feed of other stores. There is no rider network between you and the people who already know you, and delivery, pickup and timings stay your decision.
Free for a limited period
Retailers who register now can use OrderEasy without paying anything for a limited period. There is no card to enter and no setup fee on the sign-up form. If a fee is introduced later, we will tell registered shops well in advance, and you can decide then whether it is worth it for your shop.
How to register your shop
- Open the sign-up page. Go to retailer.ordereasy.win/signup on your phone or computer.
- Create your account. Enter a username, email, your 10-digit mobile number and a password.
- Set up your store. Add your shop details and your products. Start with your top sellers; you can add the rest while you bill.
- Start billing. Open the POS and make your first bill.
- Go live for customers. Once the OrderEasy team verifies your shop, it shows up in the customer app for your regulars.
Questions retailers ask
Is OrderEasy really free?
Yes, for a limited period. Shops that register now pay nothing to use OrderEasy. If a fee is introduced later, registered shops will be told well in advance.
Do I need a computer or a barcode scanner?
No. The POS works in the browser on your phone, and the phone camera can scan barcodes. A computer, a USB barcode scanner and a thermal receipt printer also work if you already have them.
Which payment modes can I record on a bill?
Cash, UPI, credit (khata) and split payments. For UPI, the POS can show a QR code for the exact bill amount once your UPI ID is saved in settings.
Is OrderEasy a marketplace? Do you take a commission on orders?
No. OrderEasy is software for your own shop. Your regular customers order from your shop only, and delivery or pickup stays with you.
Which shops can register?
Any retailer in India: kirana and general stores, departmental stores, dairy, bakery and sweet shops, fruit and vegetable sellers and other local shops that bill at a counter.
How long does registration take?
The sign-up form asks for a username, email, 10-digit mobile number and password. After that you can add your store details and products. Your shop appears in the customer app after the OrderEasy team verifies it.
