The short version: open customer.ordereasy.win, sign in, pick your shop on the map, add items to the cart and check out with cash on delivery or UPI. Track the order in My Orders.
Step by step
- Open the app. Go to customer.ordereasy.win in your phone’s browser, install it from there, or use the Android app.
- Sign in. Use your phone number and password, an email OTP or Google. Then add your mobile number.
- Find your shop. Allow location and you see shops around you on a map, with you in the middle. You can change the address without leaving the page.
- Browse like the shelf. Categories, search, pack sizes (loose or packed), the shop’s offers and banners. Save favourites to a wishlist.
- Check out. Choose pickup or the shop’s delivery window, then cash on delivery, cash at pickup or UPI. Rewards and gift vouchers work as the shop sets them.
- Track it. My Orders shows when the shop accepts, packs and sends the order. You can chat with the shop on the order.

How this is different from a delivery app
- One shop per cart. You pick a shop and check out with it. Other shops are not mixed into your cart.
- The shop delivers. If it arrives, it is the shop’s own person, or you picked it up. There is no OrderEasy rider.
- Your khata stays with your shop. If the shop gives you credit, the app shows your balance and limit, not only this order’s total.
- The shop’s look and prices. You see your shop’s name, branding, catalogue and timings.
If your guest cart disappears
It should not. If you add items before signing in, the cart is kept and synced once you sign in.

No. Customers do not need a code. You only need to know which shop you want to order from.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery, cash at pickup or UPI. If the shop gives you credit, you can see your khata balance and limit in the app.
Is the app on Android?
Yes. Use it in any browser at customer.ordereasy.win, install it from the browser as an app, or use the Android app.
Who delivers my order?
The shop does, with its own delivery person, or you pick it up. OrderEasy does not run riders.
My shop is not in the app. What can I do?
Ask the shop owner to register at retailer.ordereasy.win/signup. It is free to start for shops.
